09. video/action for ecruteak

[ Hey, it's Naminé again! Except... she looks a little--no, a lot--bewildered. When she woke up this morning, she'd been missing something very important. The next moment, she'd been here in Ecruteak City, a region over. That's what explains the very different backdrop--not the training center in Celadon, but rather, outside the Burned Tower.

It's a good thing her Vulpix is at her side, at least. It's a comfort--a small one, but it helps calm Naminé down. ]

I... didn't expect to appear here. Um, does this happen often, during these strange weekends?

[That's not Celadon behind Naminé at all. Roxas looks just as confused as she does.

It would make some sense that this was the world messing with them.]

You too? I woke up and summoned my Keyblades by accident...

Mm. I did. And I woke up feeling... different. [ It's said uneasily, and Naminé at least manages a little smile. It must have been even more surprising, for Roxas. ]

There have been so many more people around, too, I think.

Yeah. I ran into a guy with a whole bunch of Doublade... so where are you?

Um, I'm in Ecruteak City.

I don't think I've been there. But... you were teleported, right? Think I can do that?

I think so. Maybe... if you think about coming here, it'll happen?

Alright. I'm gonna turn the feed off and see if it works. If not, I'll call again.

[Roxas turns his Gear off and closes his eyes. He doesn't feel any different-

Now he's on the ground, staring at the sky. This is definitely not a hotel in Goldenrod. His Dedenne chirps softly, laying down beside him. It's such a nice day~]

Okay. Um, I'll wait here.

[ And soon enough, there he is! Naminé brightens considerably, she and Aurora going over to help him up. ]

Roxas! Are... are you okay?

[Roxas gets up with their help, smiling brightly.]

I'm fine! I'm glad that worked!

[shatterings]

I didn't expect it to.... but I guess anything really can happen during these times.

[He looks around, Vivi climbing up on his head.]

So this is Ecruteak. Never thought I'd get here so fast.

[shatterings]

Mm-hmm. Is this your first time here, too?

[seasaltkey]

Yeah! I was on my way here when I left the first time.

[shatterings]

Well... do you want to look around?

[seasaltkey]

[He nods.] Is it too cold for ice cream? Hmm... maybe hot chocolate?

[shatterings]

Oh! Yes, I'd like that. It would be very good since it's so cold....

[Which is why Vivi is going to hidein his trainers hair for warmth. Has Naminé noticed the yellow and green scarf Roxas is wearing yet?]

So we're looking for a cafe.

[shatterings]

[ She does, but she'll ask at a later time!! Really. ]

Mm. I'm not sure where one would be here...

[He looks around and points to a sign with a Glameow and a cup of coffee on it.]

Is that one?

[shatterings]

I think so, yes.

[seasaltkey]

[He nods and leads her inside, the warm smell of coffee hitting him like a welcome wall to the face.]

It smells great in here.

[shatterings]

It does. It smells like chocolate, too...

[Vivi peeks out from his trainers hair and sniffs the air. He approves.]

We should look at the menu. They probably have really good food here.

[shatterings]

[ She nods, looking at the menu. ]

I've never heard of a... panini before.

[seasaltkey]

Me either. But it sounds good. There's one with a lot of cheese on it.
