He gets along with Sky so far he tried to eat Vivi, but he leaves Belle alone because she shocked him.

What Pokémon are Vivi and Belle?

Vivi is my Dedenne, and Belle is my Shinx. I caught her on the way to Cherrygrove... she is really like a cat since she chased Vivi. Now she's kind of protective of him.
